Jenom\u017ee kdy\u017e jsem tohle zkou\u0161ela t\u0159i dny, tak to se opravdu ned\u00e1. Proto\u017ee to by vy\u0161lo finan\u010dn\u011b opravdu draze, a nav\u00edc by to zabralo tak\u00e9 moc \u010dasu. A opravdu bych cht\u011bla vid\u011bt n\u011bkoho, kdo tohle dodr\u017euje. Proto tak\u00e9 mimo vitam\u00edn\u016f a miner\u00e1lu jsem si velmi obl\u00edbila \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen. A vy se jist\u011b pt\u00e1te, co je to \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen anebo kde se d\u00e1 sehnat tento kvalitn\u00ed \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen. Tak j\u00e1 v\u00e1m \u0159eknu, \u017ee \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen se\u017eenete klasicky v l\u00e9k\u00e1rn\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 \u017eiv\u00fd kolagen m\u016f\u017eete sehnat r\u016fzn\u011b na internetov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch. Proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fdm rokem v na\u0161em t\u011ble ub\u00fdv\u00e1 kolagen. A to pr\u00e1v\u011b u\u017e po dvac\u00e1t\u00e9m roce \u017eivota, tak u\u017e se n\u00e1\u0161 p\u0159irozen\u00fd kolagen v t\u011ble sni\u017euje. A pokud m\u00e1me v t\u011ble opravdu m\u00e1lo a nedostatek kolagenu, tak to jde vid\u011bt potom na na\u0161\u00ed pleti a tak\u00e9 klidn\u011b na na\u0161ich kloubech. Proto\u017ee kolagen pr\u00e1v\u011b vy\u017eivuje na\u0161e klouby a \u0161lachy a tak\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ei.
